The mindfulness workshop was highly informative & provided genuinely useful tools for applying mindfulness in my daily life. Katie has a calming presence. I enjoyed the walking meditation very much, even if it was unusual!

I started the 6 weeks ‘Be Calm, Be Happy’ mindfulness course over a year ago. I found the course really amazing. I learnt so much about meditation and mindfulness, and also ways of reducing stress and anxiety. Soon after finishing the course I started the weekly lunchtime drop-in meditation sessions in Cheadle Hulme, lasting less than an hour. I found them so calming and relaxing. Katie has an aura of peace and calm around her. I look forward to every week’s session and I try to apply the tea…

Katie’s mindful approaches to nutrition day for practitioners was a really valuable asset to add to my toolbox as a therapist. I often refer back to her principles of mindful eating, both for myself in my daily practice of mindfulness and gratitude as well as for my clients. What I really love about this course is it is reminds us to really think about our relationship with food and the joy of food, which can often be distorted by the media and current food trends.

I attended a mindfulness evening with Katie and I couldn’t have been more wrong. Within days my pain had subsided significantly and the effects of mindfulness have been mind-blowing – literally. Katie is so easy to listen to and quite an inspiration. I was that impressed I went again the following week! I am looking forward to continuing my …

I would recommend this online course to anyone trying to deal with anxiety. The explanations are excellent at helping me to understand the meaning of mindfulness and ultimately, how it can positively affect my everyday life. Thank you Katie for making such a good course! Well worth watching!
I’ve been in the classroom and workshop environment with Katie on several occasions and can only describe it as a joy. Katie has an amazing ability to make the complex information accessible, understandable and fun to learn. She engages with her audience in a way that makes everyone comfortable participating and that adds to the value of the time spent with her. Katie has a very calming influence and you can always guarantee a laugh. I can highly recommend Katie to you – you’ll never regret…
