I started the 6 weeks ‘Be Calm, Be Happy’ mindfulness course over a year ago. I found the course really amazing. I learnt so much about meditation and mindfulness, and also ways of reducing stress and anxiety. I have just completed a four week mindful meditation course. I have tried before, but this time with Katie explaining so clearly and knowledgeably and using all her own and our experiences… I can finally say it has clicked!!
