SIT IN MINDFULNESS MEDITATION!

Equity Housing Cheadle Hulme Mindfulness MeditationThese are regular lunchtime mindfulness meditation sessions, running from 12:00 -12:45 every Tuesday. Each session includes one seated and one walking meditation. Please arrive at 12:00 so that you have time to get settled into your space and ask any questions that you may have. The meditations will begin at 12:15 and end at 12:45.  There is no need to book, and each class costs £5 cash (sorry but I don’t yet have credit/debit card facilities).

Mindfulness Events UK Katie SheenAll the mindfulness meditations will be guided, so are suitable for complete beginners or those wishing to deepen their existing practice. Chairs will be provided for the seated meditation, or you are welcome to bring your own cushions/stool/mat.

Sessions will be led by Katie Sheen of Soul Nutrition, who has been using mindfulness in her own life for over 15 years. Katie studies in the mindful tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, but these meditations are suitable for those of all faiths or none.

Mindfulness Meditation StockportPlease sign in at the Reception of Equity Housing Group, on the corner of Station Road/Monmouth Road, Cheadle Hulme SK8 7EF in time to make your way up to the Boardroom with fabulous views, situated on the top floor of the building, by 12:00 or 17:00. You can access Reception either through the double doors on Station Road (under the big red square) or at lunchtime through the SKEight Social Enterprise Coffee Shop – a great place to meet friends and enjoy lunch or a drink before or after your meditation!
