Holistic Support for PMS: Mindfulness, Meditation & Nourishment

PMS MindfulnessPremenstrual Syndrome (PMS) can make women’s lives a misery, but it doesn’t have to be that way! The NHS lists stress, diet, weight and exercise as lifestyle factors that influence symptoms. This workshop therefore contains mindfulness techniques and meditations to reduce stress, plus tips about foods, herbs, supplements and holistic treatments to support hormone balance and maintain a healthy weight. There are handouts for you to take away, and the emphasis is on simple, easily achievable changes that you can enjoy immediately.

Katie Sheen Mindfulness Teacher CheshireThe mindfulness elements of this evening will be led by Katie Sheen of Soul Nutrition.  Top tips about foods, herbs, supplements and holistic treatments designed to reduce the symptoms of PMS will be shared by Joanne Hill, Director of Amaranth Health and Wellbeing.

Women of all ages are welcome to attend, so whether it is you or your daughter who suffers from PMS, all can benefit from this and perhaps also our related evening about holistic support for the Menopause.
