This is primarily a talk based evening, and this week we will look at the type of things that influence our behaviour, both consciously and subconsciously. Once we see these more clearly, it is easier for us to change negative patterns of behaviour that are otherwise hard to break free from.

We welcome people of all faiths or none, and anyone wishing to deepen or develop a daily mindfulness practice. You do not need to have any previous mindfulness experience.
Sessions will be led by Katie Sheen of Soul Nutrition, a qualified teacher who has been practising mindfulness in her own life for over 16 years and studies in the tradition of Zen Buddhist Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
