Each week we will focus on a different aspect of mindful living, and practice at least one guided mindfulness meditation. Tonight we are talking about Mindful Eating: how to turn this every day activity into an opportunity to meditate, and find greater happiness in our relationship with our food.
We welcome complete beginners, people of all faiths or none, and anyone wishing to deepen or develop a daily mindfulness practice.
Sessions will be led by Katie Sheen of Soul Nutrition, a qualified teacher who has been practising mindfulness in her own life for over 16 years and studies in the tradition of Zen Buddhist Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
