I have just completed a four week mindful meditation course. I have tried before, but this time with Katie explaining so clearly and knowledgeably and using all her own and our experiences… I can finally say it has clicked!! I am practicing daily and feel calmer yet energised. I can wholly recommend her classes. Loved meeting the others in the group too who I also felt learned a lot. Here’s to more practice x
